Welcome Ladies to PURE Fitness, the complete fitness solution for women entering into Motherhood. We offer an extensive range of successful classes and programmes that caters for every new Mum or Mum-to-be which reap great results and are baby-friendly! Classes take place in different locations for all stages of Motherhood from Antenatal to Postnatal, with baby and without. All classes are designed by Mums, for Mums and are a welcome, open forum for you to be as healthy as possible with whatever time, energy and resources you have.

Blooming Fit

An Antenatal fitness class for all stages of your pregnancy. Designed by qualified instructors (who have been there), for pregnant women (who are there), with realistic targets (for when you get there). Classes take place in various locations – see our timetable for details. The class consists of gentle aerobics, conditioning and stretching to help you feel energized through your pregnancy in the run up to the BIG day.

Purely Core

The Ultimate Core Training!.  Meet other like-minded mums in this 4-Week Specialised Programme flattens your abs, trains your back and butt and totally re-aligns your posture. Designed specifically for new mums, Purely Core really reduces and hardens your tummy as well as stretching out those muscles and joints which have become stiff and compacted during pregnancy plus you finish with some wonderful stretching & relaxation which will refresh your mind and prepare you for the day ahead.

BuggEfit

An exercise class for Mums whilst having your little one in the buggy acting as resistance for you. The classes are a great way for mums to make friends and gain invaluable support, as well as toning up the wobbly bits hit by pregnancy and birth – back, abs and pelvic floor muscles as well as the usual legs, bums & tums.

BuggEfit BootCamp

For those of you who want to take it up a notch….or take your jeans in a notch! This inside class takes the challenge on a step and really works a circuit of your body and babykins included where possible. A great mix of exciting cardio challenges (adjusted to your fitness level), coupled with lots of compound muscle toning shapes and carves you legs, butt, back, arms, and of course…your abs. Take the challenge!

Shape Up 4 U

A 6 week Weight Management and Exercise Course to get you on the road to a slimmer, fitter you and Baby comes too. Get weighed and measured before a 30/40 min Nutrition Session – baby helper onsite. There is no diet to follow, we’ll simply talk you through how to change your eating habits to obtain the results you want. There are sample recipes included and lots of facts and figures about nutrition that you may or may not know. This program requires pre-registration in order to ensure enough notes, recipes and help with the babes.

Purely Toning!

The definitive answer to shaping and toning those areas which have taken the brunt of pregnancy and babyhood.  You can harden your legs and elevate your butt.  Purely Toning will also teach you how to condition your core muscles and strengthen your back while you hone up those soft upper arms and shoulders.

Additionally each week, the class teaches you the perfect technique for a different fundamental exercise eg the push up or lunge so that you really develop great fitness skills while you make friends and change shape.

ZumbaMumba

The Ultimate Fun For Mums class!! Shake your booty, have a boogie – without any regard for rhythm or coolness. The most important thing is you have a laugh while getting a good cardio/calorie workout which burns up fat and gets you lean!  This one will rock your boat…and your butt!
